Our back office system software and hardware is regularly
updated to keep us current in the latest travel agency
technology, thereby ensuring our customers receive the
best service at all times.

| Because our new back office system, TRAMS, is
interfaced with our reservation system, we are able to provide
a variety of management reports to our clients instantaneously.
We generally work with our clients to ascertain their needs
in the area of reports, and then customize the management reports
to meet those needs. |

| Credit cards are the preferred choice of payment
with most of our corporate clients because the credit card companies
offer a variety of benefits to the corporate card holders as
outlined in the credit card agreements. We can assist you, if
necessary, in selecting the corporate card program which best
suits your company's needs. |

| Tickets and documents for our corporate clients
are delivered in a variety of ways. For most area deliveries
we use a courier, for out of town deliveries we use Federal
Express or Airborne Express. Additionally, prepaid tickets are
issued whenever necessary, and faxed copies of hotel confirmations
and travel itineraries can be sent at a moments notice. Emergency
deliveries are best handled as a "rush courier" delivery
or as a prepaid ticket. A Satellite Ticket Printer installation
would certainly be considered if the air volume and frequency
of last minute reservations warranted such action. Also at this
time, 7 major carriers offer Electronic Ticket Delivery which
enables us, via our reservation system, to instantaneously issue
tickets at most airport locations with no additional cost to
your company. |

System One/Amadeus enables us to book over 90%
of our hotel and car reservations right in the reservations
system, and with most major hotel chains and car rental companies
the confirmation is received instantaneously with guaranteed
rates and confirmation number. With a few lesser-known hotel
and car companies, the confirmation may take up to a few hours
to be received.
We are a member of TIME, the nation's largest
travel agency association, and as a member we receive corporate
rates at all major hotel chains. Additionally, TIME will negotiate
special rates at certain hotel chains and with certain car
rental chains on occasion.
As your agency, we would be happy to negotiate
for special discounts with hotel and/or car companies whenever
your volume with the hotel and/or car company should entitle
you to discounts.

| All corporate accounts are assigned to a primary
and secondary agent. We feel that it is very important for our
clients to establish a familiarity with their agents and, therefore,
it is imperative that each account has an agent to deal with
on a day-to-day basis. |

| We like to think that all our clients are VIP's,
and are therefore treated with the utmost care. We do understand
that there are certain executives at every account who are particularly
vital to that account and may need some special services on
occasion. We are willing to work with the account to make the
travel arrangements for those executives as effortless as possible.
Services which we can offer include ground transportation, priority
seat assignments and upgraded hotel accommodations, all whenever
possible and when available from the suppliers of those services.

Our agents are all able to offer consulting
services to our clients. Our agents make recommendations based
on both their personal travel experience and the vast network
of resources and information available in our office.
Our office can offer assistance in guidance
to our international travelers in all aspects of international
travel. We can obtain all passport and visa information and
applications, and we can often handle passport pickups and
information gathering.
Based on the Lost Ticket Policies of each airline,
we can complete and submit lost ticket applications for our
clients and issue replacement tickets when necessary.
Client complaints are always given top priority
and all matters surrounding the complaint are thoroughly investigated
by our office manager. We will always do whatever we can to
correct the problem which caused the complaint, and should
we find that our office erred in some way resulting in additional
cost to the client, we will certainly reimburse those costs.

Our office procedures for quality control involves
both computer checks and management checks on all reservations.
Reservations are made by all agents in the office, but tickets
are issued by Management only after booking has passed all
levels of office and computer quality control.
Airfares are guaranteed by ticketing only, as
any fare can change from day to day. Prior to issuing any
ticket in our office, the reservation is reviewed to ensure
that the lowest available fare is confirmed. When system-wide
fare war goes into effect, all existing reservations, ticketed
or not, are reviewed to ascertain if a savings exists as a
result of the fare ware.
We guarantee that all of our tickets are issued
at the lowest available published airfare at the time of ticketing
unless a client requests something otherwise, such as first
or business class. We also will work through consolidators
for our clients whenever appropriate to acquire tickets at
rates below published fares.
Additionally, Mansfield Travel, Inc. is proud
to offer Fare Assurance Automatic Rechecking, which nightly
checks queued reservations for the lower fares between the
time your flight is booked and time of actual travel.

We do not charge any cancellation fees from
our office other than the fees imposed by the airline, hotel,
car rental company, etc.
We will charge travel to our corporate clients
only after being authorized to do so by the corporate client.
Your authorization to us could be verbal, written, purchase
order number, etc. We will work with our clients to determine
the best procedure for them. Once the procedure is in place,
only those travelers authorized to charge to the company will
be allowed to do so through our agency.
We advise clients of all hotel cancellation
policies on the itinerary provided by our agency. Whether
the policy is the standard "6:00 p.m. Day of Arrival,"
or something far more drastic such as "14 Days Prior
to Arrival," the traveler will be advised by our office
and will, therefore, be able to avoid a no-show penalty.
Tickets returned to our office are refunded
immediately and, if returned within the same week of issue,
can often be voided completely avoiding any charge to the
client. It is also important that our clients review penalties
and policies surrounding the type of fare purchased.
Our no-show policy relating to hotel rooms is
whatever is imposed by the hotel itself. We do not have any
policies or penalties beyond those. Should one of our corporate
clients fail to cancel a hotel reservation within the guidelines
of the hotel, thereby resulting in a no-show charge, we would
be happy to contact the hotel directly in an attempt to waive
the charge. This, however, is ultimately up to the hotel and
beyond the control of the booking agent.

A transition period schedule varies from account
to account, but generally the entire process can be done as
swiftly as is required by the account. Typically, we like
to have time to set up an orientation meeting with the travel
coordinators and/or travelers, and we like to have the traveler
profiles completed and returned to our office prior to commencement
of service. Additionally, should a credit check be required,
that would need to be completed at the outset as well.
