What makes our travel agency unique? I attribute our agency's
success to our continued professional development training and our
customer service level to be our number 1 priority. Most people have
a very low expectation of customer service, so when they experience
our level of expertise, they become loyal beyond belief. Our agency
receives an average of 85 percent in repeat and referral business.
I encourage the
staff to participate in destination programs, the more we understand
our industry the more we become a valuable tool to you the consumer.
In closing, we encourage the use of the Internet for valuable
informational purposes, but would like to stress that without the
most important of booking engines, your travel consultant, you are
out their on your own.
